Top 30 startups will be selected for a pitch

Time: 11:00am to 02:00pm and then 03:00pm-05:00pm

• Event will be followed by the evening high tea and snacks
• Participants need to report 30 minutes before the event start for registration
• Any startup/Individual/company applying for the pitch should be a resident of Satna loksabha
• The entire event will be of 2 days
• Selected companies might get any amount ranging from 2-10 lakh depending upon the business model of the company
• Every participants will get maximum upto 10 minutes for a pitch and further 5-10 minutes for the investors for Q&A.
• Registration form link for startups/companies/Individual
• Registration link for the investor to participate in the investor panel (every investor need to commit atleast 3 lakh and maximum upto 5 lakh)
• No individual business/startup or a company is eligible to get funds more than 10 lakh.
• Maximum investor panel is of 30 people only.
• Only upto 50 companies/individual will be selected for the business pitch (only the best business ideas will be selected, there is no guarantee of selection for getting funding)
• Post the funding pitch session, final selected companies/individuals will get the funding cheque Distributed by respective investor along with the chief guest of the event.
• The list of Selected companies who got the funding will be shared in the website along with the business name and amount.
• Its mandatory for the startup/company/Individual to open a current account with the name of business, the funding amount will only be credited in the current account of the business.
• In case any company/individual doesnt have the bank account, funding amount cannot be transferred until the account is not opened in any of the bank.
• The funding amount is absolutely equity free and debt free
• Company/individual need to return the money to investors if the business is going in a good shape and become profitable
• If the business is not growing and eventually its not making money or gets shut down or incur lossess then the Company/Individual doesnt need to return the money to investors.
• Only one pager consolidated agreement will be signed between investors and the Company/Individual mentioning the amount and the condition for returning the money.
• In case any Company/Individual got the funding and does not start the business due to any circumstances then its mandatory to refund the money to investors. there will no pressure from any investors to the company to return the money at all.
